The practice encourages all patients to request their repeat prescriptions using our dedicated phone line: 02895 905300. Speaking to the receptionists does not generate the script more quickly and delays ill patients from getting through.
Telephone Appointments
The reception staff have been asked to signpost all practice contacts. When you phone they will ask for some brief details to direct you to the most appropriate member of staff.
The doctors will provide a range of appointments including by telephone and face-face. If the doctor wants to see you in the surgery they will arrange a time for you to call for examination.
